I am a criminal defense attorney and the managing attorney of the Crawford Firm, LLC. I have been practicing law as a licensed attorney for 10 years. In that time, I have worked as a Wyoming State Court staff attorney, civil litigation and insurance defense attorney, and a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado’s First and Twentieth Judicial Districts.

Over the last seven years my practice has focused on criminal law. As a prosecutor, I worked on a wide range of criminal cases including traffic infractions, misdemeanor and felony charges. I participated in over 30 misdemeanor trials, many of them included domestic violence charges and driving under the influence related charges. Additionally, I tried several felony cases which included charges, such as Manslaughter, Attempt Murder, Vehicular Homicide, Sexual Assault on a Child, and Possession and Distribution of Controlled Substances.

My experience as a prosecutor provided me with a comprehensive understanding of Colorado criminal procedure, case law, and statutes and it shaped my working foundation as a criminal defense attorney. I strive to provide my clients with a strong legal defense to achieve the best possible outcomes for their cases. My keen interest in ensuring that every person charged with a crime is treated fairly and justly, has always been a priority, no matter what side of the case I have worked on.

I have defended clients against misdemeanor and felony charges, as well as differing levels of traffic citations across the Denver-Metro Area. I work on cases based out of Arapahoe County, Denver, Douglas County, Jefferson County and Boulder County.

I was born and raised in Colorado and am proud to represent members of the Colorado community. I graduated from the University of Colorado - Let’s Go Buffs - with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy in 2010. I attended the University of Wyoming College of Law, where I received my Juris Doctorate with honors in 2015. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors. Along with the rest of the Nation, I am obsessed with pickleball and will play whenever I get the chance.
